HF Recommends… The Echo (2008) R
Echoes from the past plague ex-con Bobby (Jesse Bradford) when he moves into his dead mother’s apartment and begins to hear disturbing noises next door. His paranoia grows as he investigates and realizes that no one else notices the strange and sinister happenings. Director Yam Laranas favors creative lighting and suspenseful editing over special effects in this terrifying remake of his 2004 film of the same name.

Ok, Jesse Bradford is yummy. When did that happen? Anyway, Mr. Bradford jumps into horror with a film called, The Echo. The trailer isn’t too shabby, I think, dare I say, it might be good.

Here are the deatails: An ex-con moves into an old apartment building, where he encounters a domestic problem involving a police officer, his wife, and their daughter. When he tries to intervene, however, a mysterious curse entraps him.
