Seriously, does anyone? Dexter has been a snooze fest this season, but things are looking up. Jimmy Smits is crazy and I like that part. I’m all into who will Miguel kill next. Can it be Rita; she annoys me. Think about it, Miguel offs Rita, which of course will make Dexter kill him and he can then return to be the killing machine I came to love. Two birds one knife. See what I did there? Enjoy!
“ABOUT LAST NIGHT”
Dexter starts to fear that Miguel may have strayed from the newly taught Code. This concern starts to put a strain on their friendship. And Dexter doesn’t get a reprieve from this at Rita’s either. Sylvia, noting how Miguel is never at home anymore, tells Rita that she is now convinced that Miguel is having an affair. Rita decides to confront Miguel about his indiscretions. Meanwhile, Anton is confirmed to have been taken by the Skinner, sending Debra into a furious search, not only for Anton, but also for his potential killer.

I am not sure why I stopped watching. To much crime drama I guess – I started watching CSI a bit and over October all the UFO and monster stuff but like with that creepy Rene from True Blood the most horrible monsters are usually human.

You haven’t missed anything this season, I love this show so much in the beginning, I keep trying to stick with it. But, they have changed the character so much this season it’s not good imo.

That’s just because the writers are starting to get a little cocky. Notice how Dexter always has some strange epiphany at the end of the show? He’s becoming far too human. This season seems to be playing off with the existentialist theme that season two had, to a point. I do enjoy watching Dexter evolve, and make really big mistakes. But there’s too much conflict/resolution in every episode. I just want to see him spill some more guts. There’s way too much story all at once. But I still love the way Michael C. Hall is completely absorbed by the character he plays, thus, I’ll always remain loyal.

This evening’s episode was really REALLY good. The Characters are all valid and Dexter is really “fit to be tied”.
I can only imagine Season 4…. If he does get out of this… He will go back to “the code”. NOBODY will ever get in!!! How will this effect the marriage and with his yet to be born child.
Whoah!!!!
